This incident resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

An additional two individuals are now in custody related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. Five people went to hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Police detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several people injured by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - caused train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
