Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the images.
Additionally featured in this new document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.
